Jimmy Liang has extensive experience in capital markets financing and investments across Hong Kong and Southeast Asia. He has worked in investment banking, private equity, and venture capital in Hong Kong and Singapore, with experience spanning cross-border mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings in Hong Kong and the United States as well as private equity. His sector experience includes financial institutions, fintech, and deep technology, with a focus on financial analysis, valuation modeling, due diligence, and transaction execution.

At HOZU Capital, Mr. Liang is primarily responsible for the establishment and development of the firm’s offshore fund platforms, investor relations, and fundraising, while also supporting the financial management of the funds and related corporate entities. He also works on the financial evaluation of investment opportunities, including financial modeling, risk-return analysis, and transaction structuring, supporting the firm’s fund operations, financing activities, and investment decision-making.

Mr. Liang holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Melbourne and is a member of CPA Australia. He also holds qualifications relevant to Type 1, Type 4, and Type 6 regulated activities under the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission. He is fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Chinese.
